Abstract

This research aims to evaluate: context, input, process, and product in evaluating the Principal's Leadership in Improving the Spirituality of Financial State High School Students in Dili, Timor-Leste. Here, the researcher uses Qualitative descriptive research using the CIPP model. For information and data collection techniques, researchers use interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in the research are: Data Collection, Reduction, Data Display, and Data Verification or Conclusion. Meanwhile, at the validation test stage data on existing research results, researchers used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results obtained in this research show that at the context evaluation stage, it has not been shown that it is in accordance with several existing theories, and the technical instructions or technical guidelines prepared by the government itself are not in accordance with school needs. At the evaluation stage, the input is not yet in accordance with the new policies and is still oriented towards the old leadership model, each existing need has not received special attention to be facilitated, for example, the lack of classrooms that do not meet the existing criteria, as well as resources Humans in terms of mastering the administration system in IT rights, in terms of budget, it is still very minimal and does not meet good standards. Furthermore, through the results of this research, the researcher hopes and recommends that the results and contributions of new ideas contained in the results of this research are expected to be able to help the government in following up for future implementation so that all limitations and weaknesses faced by school principals in their leadership can have a positive impact so that they can make educational changes, both in students, teachers and school committees in improving the quality of education through the application of spiritual leadership.
