The word "Training" has a more specific connotation that distinguishes it from "Education," although it is often used broadly to refer to almost any type of instruction related to work in industry and commerce (Especially after the Industrial Training Act of 1964). The terminology given in the Glossary of Training, originally published by the Ministry of Labor and still in use today, illustrates this point well. The general definition of training is the methodical development of the attitudes, knowledge, or skill systems required by an individual to carry out a task or job effectively in accordance with the obligations and responsibilities assigned. In this case, education is often combined with additional education. The definition of education, on the other hand, is understood as an effort that seeks to foster moral principles, knowledge, and understanding that are needed at all levels of society. This is because knowledge and skills related to a particular field of endeavor can also be applied generally, which has a direct impact on society as a whole, both as individuals and as groups.
