Abstract

The motive of this examine is to find out and examine the effect of training, motivation and paintings area on employee performance at PKMI-1 Medan. The research technique is quantitative facts thru a couple of linear regression analysis. This study is predicted to serve as a reference for PKMI-1 Medan in enhancing the effectiveness of human aid control.
